Here is a perfect example of the sort of cardboard collectible which we at Small Traditions crave the most, a 1969 Topps Super Reggie Jackson Square Corner proof rookie card. Featuring the same iconic image as his regular 1969 Topps rookie card, the offered example has been slabbed as Authentic only by PSA, which is the same designation that all proof and test issues receive from the California-based grading authority, provided that the cards are real. Were it to receive a numerical grade, however, the card appears to be in strong Mint to even Gem Mint condition. More importantly, it is the one and only example ever handled by PSA, and it is likely one of only a few copies in existence. Compared to the regular 1969 Topps #260 Reggie rookie, which shows nearly 5,000 copies on record at PSA, there's no question as to which card we at Small Traditions would prefer to own. We're simply suckers for oddball items like test cards, proofs, panels, over-sized oddities, miniaturized rarities, etc., especially those from a Hall of Famer's rookie year. Really, is there anything more unique in this entire auction? An awesome compliment to the regular 1969 Topps Reggie rookie, the regular 1969 Topps Super Reggie rookie, and the 1969 Topps Decals Reggie rookie, all of which make use of the same image. How incredible do all four cards look together?

Important Note: this auction is for only the Topps Super Proof Reggie Jackson card listed in the title. We're showing the other Reggie rookies for display purposes only.
